More than 100,000 refugees have fled the contested Nagorno-Karabakh region since Azerbaijan took full control of the territory on Sept. 19. Some people in B.C.’s Armenian community say it’s time for Canada to step up with more help. As Janella Hamilton reports, the UN has sent a humanitarian team to help provide aid.
